Anderson Compounding Pharmacy (formerly Clark & Palin) is a family-owned pharmacy that has been serving the Bristol Community since 1990. Our pharmacy is one of the few pharmacies dually accredited by Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) through the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC). We strive to provide our community with the most up-to-date services and equipment that is available anywhere.
We are members of Professional Compounding Centers of America, Inc. PCCA provides us with all our training and most current information on new equipment, procedures and help topics for our patients. Through our relationship with PCCA, we are building a better pharmacy to serve the needs of all our patients and improve their quality of life.

Cleve Anderson
RPh
Cleve Anderson has been the chief pharmacist and owner of Anderson Compounding Pharmacy since 1990. A Kingsport native, Cleve graduated from Sullivan West High School in 1975 before pursuing a Bachelor of Science in chemistry at East Tennessee State University. He graduated from ETSU in 1980 and went on to pursue his Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Mercer University. While attending Mercer, Cleve was a member of the Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity and was named brother of the year for the 1982-1983 academic year. Cleve is a member of the American Chemical Society and the Rho Chi Society, an academic honor society for the pharmaceutical industry.
Mark A. Flanary
PharmD
Mark A. Flanary, PharmD, is a Doctor of Pharmacy and Compounding Pharmacist. He received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from Milligan College in 2003. Mark received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University in the college’s inaugural class in 2010. That same year, Mark joined the Anderson Compounding family as a compounding pharmacist working in conjunction with providers and patients to create customized medication therapies.
Danielle H. Fulkrod
PharmD
Danielle H. Fulkrod, PharmD, is a Doctor of Pharmacy at Anderson Compounding Pharmacy. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with honors from Emory & Henry College in 2007. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree with honors from the Bill Gatton College of Pharmacy at East Tennessee State University in 2015. Danielle joined the Anderson Compounding family in 2018 and is dedicated to providing exemplary patient centered care by collaborating with patients and fellow healthcare providers.
